The J428 radar module on the 8U chassis uses three calibration screws. We set these with laser precision to correct the deviation angle of the microwave beam.

DYNAMIC LEARNING
After mechanical adjustment, the car must 'learn' its environment. We initiate the ODIS calibration drive to sync the radar with steering and speed data.

FAULT CODE PURGE
Standard tools cannot clear the "Sensor Misaligned" hard-code. We use dealer-level ODIS Service to reset the adaptation values and clear the dashboard error.

Radar performance depends on the car's level. We measure the wheel arch heights and calibrate the sensor to account for suspension settled values.
