How it works

  1. Sign up online or by phone.
  2. We perform initial baseline diagnostics and fit monitoring (if required).
  3. Monthly checks and reports; mobile visits for maintenance or repairs.
  4. We act immediately on critical faults and agree any covered repairs with you.

Terms at a glance

  • Monthly subscription, auto-renews. 30 days notice to cancel.
  • Coverage applies to HV battery and associated hybrid components as stated per plan.
  • Wear & tear included; misuse, accident damage and external charging damage excluded.
  • Service area: Greater London (postcode limits apply).
Full Terms & Conditions

Subscription period: Month-to-month, starts on date of first payment. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect after the current billing month.

Coverage: Basic covers monitoring only. Standard includes monitoring, preventive maintenance and minor repairs up to £150 per repair (parts excluded). Premium covers rebuildable components and larger repairs up to agreed limits — see full T&C PDF for exclusions.

Exclusions: Damage from external factors (accident, flood, misuse), aftermarket modifications, non-authorised third-party repairs and external charging faults are not covered.

Service area: Greater London. Travel surcharge may apply outside core zones.

Refunds: Partial months non-refundable. We may offer pro-rata credit at our discretion.
